I hereby grant to Uptrend Network Sdn. Bhd. the absolute irrevocable right and permission at any time hereafter to use my name, together with my endorsement or testimonial whether written on oral, and my likeness in a photograph or video image, the photographs or video images that I have provided.

I hereby certify that my testimonial or endorsement of the product(s) is/are true and accurate and reflect(s) my honest belief in the quality of the Uptrend2u™ product(s) that I am endorsing.
